Gezellig Games licences
When you choose a Branded or Tailor-Made game, we'll start the process of building your game based on an existing game. To protect game authors, you may only create a custom game based on a game for which you already have the license or purchase that licence from the author.
Thanks to our many years of experience and extensive networks, we already have a large number of existing game licenses to choose from. If you have a different, specific, game in mind, we'll contact the game author for you to see if we can purchase a license.
Below you will find all games licensed by Gezellig Games.

Grachtenpand
Build the most beautiful Amsterdam canal houses, full of shops, cats, seagulls and tulips in this fun card game!
Grachtenpand is a light hand drafting game for 2-4 players where you build an idyllic set of canal houses. You can build the houses using ‘bases’, ‘floors’ and ‘roofs’.
Each turn, each player simultaneously chooses one card from their hand and builds it, using the rules detailed below. After building their cards, each player passes the remaining three cards to the player on their left. After receiving a new hand of three cards from the player to their right, each player chooses a type of card (base, front, or roof) and draws one card of that type from the corresponding deck into their hand to refresh it to four cards.
Mindline
Mindline is a cooperative party game about reading minds:
- Do vegans deserve a tax benefit?
- Are we living in a simulation?
- Would you ever buy a haunted house?
What are your thoughts on this? And more importantly, do you think you know the opinions of your friends and colleagues?
Mindline challenges you to read the minds of others at the table before they express their opinions. Are you sure you know their point of view? Or could they surprise you with a completely unexpected reaction?
Whatever happens, you'll eventually learn a little more about the people you surround yourself with!
L’Oaf
You’re an employee in a French bakery called L’Oaf, but this is not your dream job. You just want to get paid with as little effort as possible. However, you’ve got targets to make, and if the team fails to make enough bread, the Master Bakers will be angry. And you do want to keep the Master Bakers happy; if you earn a bad reputation, you might lose your job!
Every round, players get an order with the amount of bread they collectively need to bake. Each baker secretly contributes a work card from their hand of cards, valued 0 through 11. Failing to meet the order means the baker who contributed the least loses reputation with the bosses. Otherwise, the baker who contributed the most will gain reputation. Once 5 orders have failed or 5 orders have succeeded, the baker with the most value left in their hand wins the game.
Riskit
Deep in the jungle lie rare and shining treasures, waiting to be claimed by those brave enough to reach for them. But be warned! Deadly dangers lurk in the shadows, ready to bite, poison, and strangle you. Giving your competitors the chance to steal your well-earned loot. So watch your step, but at the same time, no one ever got rich by playing it safe…
Turns are simple: draw a card and place it face up in front of you. Your biggest threat goes into the Danger Zone, a spot in the middle of the table shared by all players. When a threat in the Danger Zone reaches a total of 12 points, any player who encounters that threat is captured! That means no points for them this round!
You can prevent busting at any point by exiting the round. Just know our saying around here: ‘The bigger the coward the smaller the reward’!
“People that play together, stay together”
Bable
Bable is a challenging cooperative card game where no one speaks your language. You build the mythical Tower of Babel together with your fellow players. However, you may not perform any actions during your turn; instead you have to give orders to other players.
Meanwhile, your languages are slowly changing, making it increasingly difficult to understand each other. Will the players manage to complete the tower before the chaos is complete?
The goal in Bable is to complete building the tower before they run out of actions. Players construct the tower in 4 distinct Layers, containing (from bottom to top) 4, 3, 2 and 1 Building cards. Players must complete each Layer before its corresponding Idea deck runs out.
Medievallons
The beloved monarch has died, creating a power vacuum. Players compete to establish three guilds and dominate the capital to claim the crown. Choose guilds wisely, each with unique powers, for a strategic and fast-paced battle. Can you outwit your rivals and seize control?
In Medievallons, players fight to be the first to establish 3 guilds and harness their powers to dominate the capital and claiming the kingdom! With 13 unique guild cards, players must balance strengthening their own position with disrupting others. A quick, strategic game lasts about 30 minutes.
Goblin Laundromat
Welcome to the Goblin Laundromat! In this whimsical card game, adventurers bring their slimy, grimy, and cursed items to be cleaned by your mischievous goblins.
Will you wash the laundry clean, or will you be overwhelmed by too much dirty laundry? Dive into a world of chaotic fun, where a little strategy and pushing your luck will determine your success!
After 4 rounds, cleaned laundry is counted. Personal suit cards score bonus points, but don’t get stuck with mismatched socks!
This family-friendly game takes under 30 minutes to play, with quick setup and easy rules. Luck, strategy, and sharp decision-making are key. Players interact by stuffing baskets, encouraging risky moves, and delighting in opponents’ misfortunes during the tense laundry cycle.

Time Zoo is a card game for 2 to 5 players in which you attract prehistoric animals by playing various food cards. The animals all have different abilities and are worth points at the end of the game.
The player with the most points at the end of the game wins and receives the highest internship allowance from Professor Anning.
Waves
Atlantis is in turmoil. Leaders of the most powerful Houses are in constant conflict, vying for control of the city. Their focus has now turned to the Council of Elders, an ancient institution that rules Atlantis from the shadows. As the head of one of these Houses, you will need to send out Agents to try and persuade the Elders to ‘see things your way’. Skillfully navigate the Council’s ever-changing laws to secure your grasp on the world’s most magnificent city.
Persuade the Elder you have in front of you. Send out the right Agents from your hand to get them on your side. Try to block others from doing the same. Coordinate with your team to outplay your opponents. Take into account the current player order. Consider the make-up of the Council this round. What can you do to help out your team? And what might your opponents be up to?
Manipulate the members of the Council by playing your Agents as Rebels. Rebels can overrule the Council and its current laws. This will kick out the current Rule Tablet and activate another, having huge consequences for everybody’s plans! Solidify your grasp on the city of Atlantis by persuading every Elder on the Council. First team to reach this goal instantly wins!
